El foro está auspiciado por RCN y NTN24 y en el participan, entre otros, el embajador ante la Casa Blanca, Carlos Urrutia; el embajador ante la OEA, Andrés González, y el director del Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos de esa universidad, Erick Langer.

También participan los responsables de América Latina en distintos institutos de pensamiento, como Michael Shifter, del Diálogo Interamericano, y Cynthia Arnson, del Woodrow Wilson Center, y periodistas como Alejandro Santos, director de SEMANA; Rodrigo Pardo, director de Noticias de RCN Televisión, y Juan Carlos Iragorri, corresponsal de SEMANA.
