Responding to New Threats: Strategy for an Effective U.S. Military
There’s little doubt that global security threats are evolving rapidly. But there is significant concern, in an environment of budget cuts and partisan standoffs, about whether or not the U.S. military is keeping pace in its ability to respond to these new threats. Sen.
