Julia Khrebtan-Hörhager, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Colorado State University. Her research and teaching interests are in intercultural and international communication, European studies, conflict, cultural memory, international cinematography, and critical media studies. She has extensively published public-facing pieces on various topics, including Russian propaganda and the current war.
