Pascal Schuback

Pascal Schuback is a full time Emergency Management Program Manager at King County OEM in Seattle responsible for situational awareness; training and exercise; COOP planing; NIMS integration and technology integration.  He is also a CrisisCommons Core member and the Seattle city lead. CrisisCommons is a global network of volunteers who use creative problem solving and open technologies to help people, agencies and communities in times and places of crisis.  He participates in many areas relating to the advancement of technology and data in the EM, private and other communities. He also has many of the interest outside of his profession.
