Full Biography
Roberto Martínez B. Kukutschka is Transparency International’s Research Expert on the Corruption Perceptions Index and the Global Corruption Barometer. He has over 10 years of experience in anti-corruption in Latin America and Europe. Roberto conducted his PhD research at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin where he also obtained a Master of Public Policy.
