Bill Streifer

Bill Streifer, MBA, is on the editorial board of Vostok (East) published by the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow. He’s also a regular contributor to the American Intelligence Journal. He is currently writing the biography of Dr. Fritz J. Hansgirg, the father of wartime heavy water production. Streifer’s co-author is Dr. Kenneth N. Ricci, PhD (physics). One of his important consultants is Irek Sabitov, a Russian journalist.
