Full Biography
Martand Jha is a Senior Research Fellow at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is currently writing his PhD thesis on the topic, “A Historical Study of India's Space Co-operation with the United States and USSR, 1957-1991.” Jha has been a freelance contributor for many national and international news publications including The Diplomat, The National Interest, International Public Policy Review, International Policy Digest, among others.
