Stepan Goncharov joined the Levada Center as an analyst in 2013. He conducted various researches on political and economic behavior, media consumption in Russia. He is the co-author of analytical reports published by Levada-Center and other institutions. Some of his publications include:

He has been the Head of Levada Lab (Research laboratory of Levada-Center) since December 2018. He works on development of research products and special projects on economic behavior, customer experience. He has an MA in Political Science from Moscow State University.
