Singer-songwriter-poet Taras Chubai was born in Lviv in 1970. As the son of dissident poet Hryhoriy Chubai, he launched his career by composing music to his father's poetry. In addition to writing his own poetry, his songs feature the works of Ukraine's leading contemporary writers.

Svitlo i Spovid Program

Taras Chubai will be the second in a series of three authors from Ukraine to discuss contemporary literature at the Kennan Institute.
