Full Biography

Enrique Carlos Enríquez Minjárez is an M.S. candidate in Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a Fulbright-García Robles Scholar. He has conducted research in national and citizen security, geopolitical strategy, extractive industries and cybersecurity. Since joining Georgetown University, Enrique has worked on U.S.-Mexico relations at the Mexico Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, on transnational crime strategy in the Mexican federal government, and on cybersecurity from the private sector. Previously, he had focused on social risk, corporate social responsibility and anticorruption from the private sector in Mexico. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
