Full Biography
John Fleming is a Program Assistant for the Kennan Institute. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, John taught English as a second language in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University with a focus on International Relations and a minor in Russian Studies.
