Full Biography
Yair Hirschfeld, Ph.D., currently teaches at the University of Haifa in the Department of Middle Eastern History. He is the Director General of the Tel Aviv-based Economic Cooperation Foundation (ECF). In 1993, Hirschfeld was a key architect in the creation of the Oslo Accords peace agreements between Israel and Palestine.
